In addition to talk therapy, I have completed additional training focused on helping people who have experienced trauma change the way their memories affect them. Treatment with me is enhanced by the use art and experiences that help you heal trauma and anxiety more quickly. I use types of therapy that may not require talking or re-living painful memories.
